What are the Return options?

Yes, you can return your items within 14 days from the date it was received. These are the options available to you:



You may visit any of the below stores to exchange your items for all brands except Missguided, which need to be returned to our warehouse.  Please present the online order confirmation sent to you via email either as print out or on your phone.

  • Ted Baker returns – Ted Baker, The Point, Sliema
  • River Island returns – River Island, The Point, Sliema or River Island, Baystreet
  • Kiabi returns – Kiabi Burmarrad or Kiabi Qormi
  • Sportswear returns – Intersport Qormi or Intersport Sliema


Online & Our Warehouse

If you do not want to visit our stores, you need to do the following. Please note Missguided items cannot be returned instore and must follow the below procedures:

  • Enter your order number and email address in the fields above and click Start
  • Follow the instructions and select the items you want to return
  • You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
  • Once you submit your return request, our administrative staff will get back to you via email on how to return your item and the procedure to follow. It is only when you receive this confirmation, that you can return your item.

  • Packing Slip to be printed and attached with returnable item. This should clearly show the original order number. Ex: 1011

What items are returnable?

You can return your items within 14 days of receipt of your shipment.

  • They must be in original condition
  • For clothing, unwashed and unworn
  • In the original packaging
  • Earrings, underwear and swimwear are not returnable due to hygiene reasons
  • Free gifts or promotional items are not returnable

Are there any charges for return?

  • Returns are at the expense of the customer
  • If applicable, original shipping charges are non-refundable


How soon will I get my refund? (Applicable to Online Returns)

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
